Tailored Machine Solutions for MLP, SUP, RDF & Non-Recyclable PLA
We can upcycle and convert not only MLP & SUP (Snack, nuts, popcorn, biscuits, chips, food wrappers and all other crisp packets metallised and nonmetallised & single use plastic) but also RDF & PLA (Refuse-Derived Fuel & Polylactic Acid carry bags โ which are non recyclable) into Hybrid Polymer Composite to make pallets and allied products.
Polylactic Acid (PLA) is a biodegradable thermoplastic polyester derived from renewable resources like corn starch, cassava roots, or sugarcane. While commercially popular for eco-bags, PLA cannot be recycled in conventional plastic machinery due to thermal degradation and chemical incompatibility. GEOWASOL's custom made machine lines thermo-mechanically fuse PLA carry bags and high-calorific RDF alongside metallised MLP into structural pallets, posts, and pavers with zero effluent.
